3 Weeks Til Liftoff!

This time in 3 weeks i'll be on a plane to London! Super excited! I get into London at 6:20 in the morning, make my way to the Eurostar train and then head across to Belgium through the chunnel. I'll get to Belgium on a friday evening, just in time to get a good sleep over the weekend and spend the week before uni starts checking out Gent. Uni orientation is the 7th Feb and then classes start on the 11th. I'm staying at one of the 4 university residences, and studying 4 papers - Penal systems in Europe, Drug Policy in Europe, Organised Crime in Europe and International Nature Conservation Law. Woop Woop!

It Begins

In keeping with Janine's Janineinspain blog, I thought I'd keep my own Renelleinbelgium blog. In late January 2008 I will be heading to Ghent University for a law exchange that will credit Masters criminology papers to my undergraduate law degree. I have finished all my science papers so its just this last semester of law to complete my conjoint BSc/LLB. After my 5 months in Belgium, I will be hopping across to the UK where I have a working holiday visa and hope to get a job to fund travel around europe for a bit.
